Pricing & estimates
How Stratos estimates pricing for on‑demand builds — and how final quotes work.
Estimated totals
The Guided Builder and Start Your Build quiz show estimated pricing ranges based on typical market pricing and availability. Because we build on demand, final pricing is confirmed during quoting before parts are ordered.
Estimate ranges last updated: February 2026.
What’s included
Estimate ranges include parts, a fresh Windows install (Home by default), build/validation labor, and an auto-sized power supply. Optional upgrades (RGB/case) and quoted add-ons (custom loops) are handled transparently.
Substitutions (with approval)
If a specific part becomes unavailable, we’ll propose an equivalent option that matches performance, quality, and aesthetics. Nothing is purchased until you approve the final quote.
How payment works
No payment is required to submit a request. Once we confirm the final parts list and exact quote with you, we’ll send a secure invoice link for payment. Depending on the build and availability, we may request a deposit to reserve parts — we’ll always communicate that clearly before ordering.
Tip: we won’t ask you to pay through “friends & family” style transfers for a build. Payment is handled through a proper invoice/checkout flow once your quote is approved.
Custom loop pricing
Custom water-cooled loops are quoted separately and are not included in the base estimate. If you select a loop, we’ll confirm the final loop design and price during quoting.
