Shipping options
Shipping methods vary by location and system configuration. We pack systems to protect components in transit and may require a signature for delivery.
Tracking + delivery
You’ll receive tracking details when your system ships. If you’re local, pickup may be available depending on your order.
Damage reporting
If your shipment arrives with visible box damage, document it immediately with photos before opening. If anything inside looks damaged, stop and contact Stratos.
Build timing
Because systems are built on demand, timing depends on parts availability and your final quote approval. Once you approve, we order parts, build + validate when parts are in hand, then schedule pickup or shipment. Custom loops require additional time and are quoted separately.
Local pickup
If you’re near us, local pickup can be arranged. We’ll confirm details during quoting and scheduling.
