No — pricing shown in the quiz and builder is an estimate range. Availability and sourcing can shift, so we confirm an exact parts list and final quote before anything is purchased. See Pricing & Estimates for details.

Estimates include your build service (assembly + clean cable work), system setup (BIOS + drivers), and validation/stability testing. Standard Windows is included by default, and Windows 11 Pro is a +$40 upgrade. The Guided Builder also includes an auto-sized PSU and platform components (no surprises).

Yes. Stratos builds are designed around new components and a fresh Windows installation to avoid inherited issues. We don’t build around reused GPUs, drives, or existing Windows licenses. If you have a special request, include it in your notes and we’ll talk through it first.

Absolutely. Use the “Requested parts” section in the quiz/builder and tell us what you want (or what you don’t want). If something doesn’t make sense for the tier, we’ll explain the tradeoffs and offer the closest good option.

By default, we prioritize stability, thermals, and smooth performance. If you want overclocking, we’ll discuss goals and noise/temperature constraints first and tune accordingly.

Yes — custom loops are available on higher-tier builds and are quoted after you submit (since options vary). If you select a custom loop in the builder, we’ll confirm tubing style, theme, and performance goals. Details are on Custom Loop.

Submitting a build request is free. After we confirm your exact parts list and final quote, payment is handled through a secure invoice/checkout. For custom/on-demand builds, a deposit may be required before parts are ordered. See Pricing & Estimates.
