Coverage, not confusion

Stratos systems are built new and validated before delivery. This page explains what we cover, how manufacturer warranties work, and the fastest way to get help.

Workmanship

Workmanship (build quality)

If something is wrong due to assembly, configuration, or validation, we will make it right. Workmanship coverage is 30 days from delivery/pickup. If your order has different terms, your quote will state them.

Parts

Parts + manufacturer warranty

Most components include a manufacturer warranty. If a part fails, we’ll help diagnose the issue and guide the warranty/RMA process so you’re not stuck guessing.

How to get support fast

When you contact Stratos, include a short description of what you see, when it happens, and a photo/video if possible. For stability issues, include the game/app and whether it happens under load or idle.

Custom water cooling

Custom loops (quoted)

Custom water‑cooled loops are premium builds quoted separately. They require occasional maintenance over time. If you request a loop, we’ll confirm parts, design, care instructions, and service options during quoting.
